JOIN US! Black August Event in Oakland, CA

Location: Jasper P. Driver Plaza, Oakland (61st & Adeline)

Time: 11am - 6pm

In tribute to George Jackson, other Black freedom fighters and political prisoners, this Black August event in Oakland will feature a multitude of programs including live music & performances (rap, spoken word, open mic, DJs), talks by community leaders (including our very own Dr. Saturu Ned from BPPALN), demonstrations & workshops, free food distribution, and mutual aid information booths. Come learn, get involved, and pick up some merch at our AP2TP Collective booth!
