BPP ALUMNI LEGACY EDUCATIONAL SESSION

'Black Culture and Politics' include music and politics, black art and politics, performing artists and politics, poetry/rap and politics, literature/journalism and politics, black athletes/sports and politics. This week we will dive into poetry/rap and politics. We can't possibly cover the whole enchilada but we sure can take a nice bite out of it!! This week everyone will have a chance to participate. We want your input on the following questions. Rap has often been called the "voices of the inner cities". What do you say about the messages of political rap? And how do the messages of rap serve to educate as well as entertain and motivate people across generations?

We have some great videos and information to share with you. If time permits you will have the opportunity to "EXPRESS YOURSELF" thru Poetry, or Rap/Hip-Hop . Bring your A game!

Email us here with your login name to enroll and learn!
