BPPALN CELEBRATES WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH

OAKLANDISH & BPPALN presents a Meet & Greet session with the Women of the Black Panther Party Alumni Legacy Network!

Listen to the intergenerational stories from Black Panther original member sister Katherine Campbell, and Dr Zafirah Ned who grew up amongst the early Panthers in San Francisco. Farida Mazlan, the BPPALN network administrator will share her story of how growing up in Southeast Asia eventually led to her connecting and working alongside the Elders of the BPP.

Join us at OAKLANDISH’s downtown Oakland location, on Sunday, March 26 at 3-5PM, and celebrate the women who work to keep the legacy alive!

Address: 1444 Broadway, Oakland, CA 94612
