We hope all is well with you. This week we will not have a class online. Instead we will be attending the Life is Living Festival to be held at Bobby Hutton Park 1651 Adeline St in West Oakland. The 2022 Life is Living Festival presented by Youth Speaks is this Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 10am -6pm. This multi-generational, multi-disciplinary festival celebrates and highlights everything that is beautiful about Oakland – the joy, diversity, adversity, and revolutionary spirit that vibrates through the streets of Oakland. Join us as we continue the legacy and tradition of celebrating The Town. Each year the festival brings together over 7,000 people to West Oakland’s historic Little Bobby Hutton Park. The People's Kitchen Collective is serving Breakfast to the Community from 10AM-12PM in honor of the Black Panther Party and the BPPALN. Please feel free to invite other people in your own network. We know everyone cannot attend. But those of you who can, we hope to see you there!
